SHIPPING AND PAYMENT:
 
Shipping and handling:
Shem, Inc. reserves the right to restrict shipments to within the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. All orders must be placed with a residential ship-to address. Orders with P.O. Box, APO, or FPO shipping addresses will not be processed. Any orders with shipping addresses outside the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii will not be processed.
 
We Ship Fast and Faster:
Many orders are shipped the same day they are received. Our goal is to ship all orders by the second business day.
 
 
Order changes:
Generally, customers should assume that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed in any way. However, if the customer contacts the Shem, Inc. customer service department customerservice@shem-inc.com as soon as possible with a change request, it may be occasionally possible to amend the order.

Sales Tax:
7% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to RI.

Sales Terms and Conditions:
All sales are FINAL. No refund or exchange. If any products are determined to be defective on arrival, they will be replaced or repaired at Shem-Inc's discretion within 7 business days from the date on which the product was received. Defect on arrival products, Deviations, Short-shipments must be reported within 7 business days from delivered date. No replacement will be issued after 7 business days from delivered date. Any damage on the products which resulted from mishandling or product abuse will have the warranty voided immediately. Please see below section for further information about how to return the defective product.
RAN:
If any products are determined to be defective on arrival, they will be replaced or repaired at Shem-Inc's discretion within 7 business days from the date on which the product was received. This warranty is limited to the original buyer and is not transferable to anyone else.
Before returning any product, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) number by email to CustomerService@shem-inc.com. NO returns of any type will be accepted without a RAN number. Please have the following information included in the mail:
• customer name
• email address
• the nature of the problem
A RAN number is valid for 10 days from the day it was issued. Returned products sent without a RAN number visible on the outside of the shipping box, or with an outdated RAN number may be refused. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and risk of loss on the return shipments. We highly recommend the use of reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery as well as insuring your shipment.
